Jean Pease, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.

Jean earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1981 and her Master of Social Work degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., in 1989. She has completed post-graduate studies in Family Therapy, Child & Adolescent Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through IATP (International Association of Trauma Professionals) and a member of the Florida Society for Clinical Hypnosis (FSCH). Jean has varied clinical experiences over her twenty-plus years as a licensed clinical social worker including trauma, sexual abuse, substance abuse, grief and loss, adoption, and parenting issues.

Jean enjoys working with adolescents and their families to help them navigate the difficult terrain of this life phase and has a special interest in those adolescents who self-injure.
