Connie Thomas, LCSW has been working in the field of mental health for over 30 years. She has had the privilege of working with families, couples, individual adults and children in assisting in their journey to wellness. She has a vast array of knowledge working with Depression, PTSD, OCD, Impulse Control, ADHD and numerous other mental health issues. She is trained in EMDR and Ego Strengthening in working with trauma issues.
Connie was born and raised in the Jacksonville area then moved to Georgia soon after completing her under graduate work at Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina. She then received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia.
She returned to the Jacksonville area in 2010 and is happy to be a part of her home community again.
