Janie was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with degrees from George Mason University and Florida State University. She and Reverend B.E. Palmer founded Grace House in 2000 as a ministry of Grace Episcopal Church in Orange Park. Janie retired from counseling and we are proud to honor the legacy of care and compassionate work that she has left to us in Grace House.
