The Grace House team of gifted private practitioners includes Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers as well as State Registered Interns. Each practitioner holds at least one Master’s-level degree or higher from an accredited university or seminary. Grace House therapists are available for day and evening appointments and are committed to offering affordable counseling services.
Grace House Interns
Grace House allows approved interns to practice under the supervision of a trained and state licensed mental health counselor who has also received training in intern supervision. Many of these counselors are beginning what will be a long career in applying Christian values to their mental health practice. Grace House believes assisting these interns complete their college degree or their state licensing requirements in a way of fulfilling our goal of “Taking in, binding up, and sending forth.” In addition to assisting these interns meet their educational requirements, the presence of interns allows clients with limited financial abilities to receive mental health care at reduced charges or for no cost. Grace House urges clients to consider this option when they look over possible avenues for mental health care.
