Deena Hunter
Master’s Level Intern, Mental Health Counseling
Deena is a graduate-level student in the clinical mental health counseling program at Liberty University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Counseling from Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Navy veteran she enjoys working with fellow service members and their families. She also has experience being a youth group leader which enables her to work well with adolescents 12-18. Deena seeks to provide a client-centered, strengths-based approach to assist those struggling with mental health issues. She believes that everyone has the power to make positive changes in their lives, and she is here to provide support, resources, and guidance so they can do so in a caring and non-judgmental environment.
