Deena is an empathetic and energetic registered mental health counseling intern who is passionate about helping clients find healing, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Counseling from Trinity Baptist College, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
Deena utilizes a reality therapy approach, which focuses on helping clients identify their wants and needs by evaluating the choices they are making and how those decisions impact their overall well-being. She believes in empowering clients to take responsibility for their own lives and encourages them in developing positive coping mechanisms and establishing healthy boundaries.
Deena’s warm and supportive demeanor creates a safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Her Christian faith provides a foundation for her work, and she integrates her beliefs into her counseling sessions when appropriate. Deena is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
